Land Sales: The Real Estate Division has excellent residential,
multi-family and commercial building sites for sale with potable
water and sewer services available. A few residential properties
are also available on the City’s freshwater canal system.
• Right-of-Way: The Real Estate
Division is responsible for acquiring right-of-way for City
road projects such as Del Prado Boulevard extension north
to U.S. 41, Cultural Parkway extension to Academy Boulevard,
Santa Barbara Boulevard extension north to Tropicana Parkway,
a part of Diplomat Parkway extension to U.S. 41, and Burnt
Store Road extension south to the new Veterans Memorial
Parkway.
Land Acquisition for Other City Projects:
The Real Estate Division is also responsible for land acquisition
for future City projects such as parks, fire stations, and
utility expansion projects. |
