The City of Cape Coral Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to introduce WebTrac online registration. This system will enable you to register your household members (family) and yourself online for programs and activities offered by the Department. While the number of programs available for online registration is limited during the initial launch, look for many more activities to be added online in the coming months. If you have any questions, please email the WebTrac Customer Service Center at rcc@capecoral.net.
If you have not registered with the Cape Coral Parks & Recreation Department in the past, you will need to click on the “First Time or New User” link to set up an account for your household and be assigned a user ID and password. You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) in order to process a registration online. If you do not have a credit card, a household credit can be established through payment at one of Cape Coral’s recreation facilities prior to registration.
To view program activities offered by the Department, you may login as a guest. However, to enroll in programs, you must have an account created.
To print receipts from the WebTrac system,
you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.

Instructions on how to login, create a new account, and utilize the system
Step 1 – Logging In
- New User - Brand new Cape Coral Parks & Recreation customers will need to register for new accounts and complete information regarding their households. All fields in red are required and all fields in black are optional.

- First Time User - If you have an existing account with the Cape Coral Parks & Recreation Department, but it’s your first time to the registration website, please fill in your Household ID Number* and Primary Email Address. If the data on file matches your responses, your account information will be emailed to you.
*Household ID Number – On customer receipts, the Household ID Number appears in the upper left hand corner just under the Receipt #. The Household ID Number is a one-to-five digit number with no dashes or spaces.
- Trouble Signing In – If you have an email address on file, but have forgotten your login information, the WebTrac Registration system can help by filling in either the User Name or Household ID Number and then prompt you to answer two security questions (mother’s maiden name and favorite sports team). If the data on file matches your response, your user name or password will be emailed to you.
Step 2 – Shopping for classes
- Once you have logged into the system, you are ready to begin shopping for classes. Begin by clicking the “Shop” link then click “Activity Enrollment.”
- Once you have found a program or class you want to register for, click the class number link and select the appropriate family member to enroll.
- Please help to track the Parks & Recreation Department’s communication efforts by entering how you heard about the class or program.
- Click the “Add to Cart” link to add the class(es) to your shopping cart.
- After clicking the “Add to Cart” link, a Release Form will appear. Read through the information carefully and click the appropriate button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3 – Checkout
- You must proceed to checkout to complete the transaction or you will not be registered for the class. You may either click the “Checkout” link or, if you are viewing your Shopping Cart, click the “Proceed to Checkout” link.
- Enter your 16-digit credit card number with no spaces or dashes, and then enter your 4 digit expiration date (i.e. 0508 for May 2008). You will also need to enter the 3- or 4- digit CSC code, which is located on the back of your credit card. The City of Cape Coral Parks & Recreation Department accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Review your billing information and click on the “Go” button to begin the payment authorization process. Please be patient! Clicking the “Go” button more than once may result in you being charged multiple times.
- Once the payment is authorized, your receipt will be sent to your primary e-mail address on file, and a receipt link will appear for you to browse. You can print and/or save the receipt for your records.
- Once you have closed the receipt, your transaction is complete.
Frequently Asked Questions about Online Registration
What if I can’t find the program I’m looking for?
Go to “Search,” then “Listings” and all available activities will be displayed. Only those programs that show a Shopping Cart icon are available for online registration.
Please Note: Although there are limited programs available for online registration during the initial launch of WebTrac, many more activities will be added in the coming months. Please call or visit one of the City of Cape Coral’s recreation centers to sign up for programs not currently available online. You may access a complete copy of the current Parks & Recreation program guide by clicking on the following link: http://www.capegov.com/citydept/parks/pks_progcatalog.cfm
How do I find my Household ID Number?
Your Household ID Number can be found by looking at a current activity pass or customer receipt. Your number is one- to five-digit number - excluding the last two digits and any zeros which precede the whole number. Do not use dashes or spaces.
On your customer receipt, the Household ID Number appears in the upper left hand corner just under the Receipt # and Payment Due Date information.
I forgot my password, can you email it to me?
If you have an email address in the system and provided answers to the security questions (mother's maiden name, favorite sports team), we can email your password to you. Just click the “Forgot Password” link on the WebTrac login screen. If you did not enter an email address or answer the security questions, please contact the WebTrac Customer Service Center at rcc@capecoral.net.
I'm supposed to have a credit in my account, how can I check?
After logging in to the system, select My Account then View My Shopping. Any credit will be displayed on this screen next to the Total Activity Balance for Household. If your credit does not appear, email the WebTrac Customer Service Center for assistance at rcc@capecoral.net.
How do I use a household credit to pay for classes online?
After verifying the credit is in the system, add your classes to your shopping cart. When you proceed to the checkout, the system will automatically deduct your credit from your total bill. The remainder must be paid with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). If the credit covers the total bill, no credit card information is necessary.
There was an error processing my credit card. What could be the problem?
Be sure you have selected the appropriate credit card type (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) in the drop down box. Enter your card number without any spaces or dashes, including the 3- or 4-digit CSC code. The expiration date should also be entered without any dashes or slashes. If you still have trouble, contact the WebTrac Customer Service Center at rcc@capecoral.net.
I signed my child(ren) up for camp this past summer. How can I get a statement for tax purposes?
After logging in to the system, select My Account then Print a Childcare Statement. You will then select the Tax Year for which you are requesting the statement. Finally, click the link for the childcare statement (note: statements are printed in Adobe PDF). If you have trouble printing your statement, email the WebTrac Customer Service Center at rcc@capecoral.net.
