Customer Service is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone or in person at Customer Billing Services. Other activities includes opening and closing utility accounts, delinquent utility account shut-offs, Direct Payment Application of utility accounts, Permitting for irrigation connection. In addition, Customer Service handles New Construction who initiates permitting for water, sewer and well installations for new construction and new service hook-ups. Water & Sewer Impact Fees and Betterment Fees are charged for new construction. Click
