The Office of Management & Budget oversees the Procurement Division. Procurement is responsible for providing services to City departments to ensure the procurement of specified goods and services at competitive prices through fair and equitable processes in order to maximize the purchasing value of public funds.

Services include specification preparation and review, quote/proposal/bid evaluation and award and contract administration.

In addition to the above, Procurement directly administers all Citywide franchise agreements such as solid waste, Cable, telephone and electric.

Procurement maintains a Citywide registered vendor master list and is responsible for updating and obtaining new vendors to provide goods and services for the City's operations.
