The Office of Management & Budget is responsible for the oversight of Budgeting Services and Procurement Division.

The Procurement Division is responsible for providing services to City departments to ensure the procurement of specified goods and services at competitive prices through fair and equitable processes in order to maximize the purchasing value of public funds. Budgeting Services is responsible for the coordination of all budget activities of city government.
