The Cashier’s Office of the Accounting Division is responsible for receiving and processing all the City’s financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner. The Cashier’s Office is located at City Hall, 1015 Cultural Park Blvd.

Payment Options

Customers have several options to pay their utility bills.

• Pay at the Cashier’s Office located at City Hall by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
• Drop off payments at drop boxes located in Publix Supermarkets or at City Hall.
• Use Direct Pay, which is for customers who want to pay their water and sewer bills using a direct debit from any US bank account.
• Use the Online Payment feature that allows customers to pay their utility bill through the City’s Click2Gov online utilities payment. A PIN number will be needed in order to access your account balance using Click2Gov.

In addition to the Cashier’s Office, the City utilizes a lockbox service to process payments received due to the high volume of transactions being processed.
