The City Clerk’s Office offers the above reports on-line for your convenience.

You may enter the information for the treasurer's reports on your computer and the forms will automatically total the dollar amounts for your contributions and expenditures.  You may then print the forms, sign them, and bring them to the City Clerk’s Office.

You may print these reports, fill in manually, and bring them to the City Clerk’s Office at the end of the report period.
