New Version of Citizen's Action Center Now Online

The City of Cape Coral has made improvements to the online version of their Citizen’s Action Center, which has been available to website visitors for a few years. The new system allows citizens to enter complaints, questions or concerns, and then receive responses from the City on the progress or outcome on the specific topic.
